1. Nature of Service
Hardik Travels is a service-based company established in 2005, specializing in travel-related services. As we do not sell physical goods but provide services such as transportation, accommodation, and travel packages, the concept of “returns” does not apply to our business model. Once a service has been booked and confirmed, it cannot be returned or exchanged like a product.
2. No Refund Policy
All bookings made through Hardik Travels are strictly non-refundable. This applies to but is not limited to:

Cab, tempo traveller, and bus rentals

Hotel bookings made through Hardik Travels

Domestic and international tour packages

Customized itineraries and travel planning services
Once payment is made and the booking is confirmed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of personal plans, preferences, or circumstances of the traveler

Illness, medical emergencies, or personal reasons

Work commitments or scheduling conflicts

Delays, cancellations, or issues caused by airlines, hotels, weather conditions, government restrictions, or third-party service providers

3. No Return Policy
As our services are not tangible products, there is no concept of a “return.” Once services are availed (or confirmed for a future date), they cannot be reversed, exchanged, or returned. By booking with Hardik Travels, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a service and not a physical product.
4. Modifications and Rescheduling
While refunds are not applicable, in certain cases and solely at the discretion of Hardik Travels management, we may offer limited support for:

5. Responsibility of Travelers
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to:

Ensure that all travel documents (ID proofs, passports, visas, permits, etc.) are valid and complete

Arrive at the pickup or reporting location on time

Abide by the terms, policies, and rules set forth by hotels, airlines, transport providers, and tour partners

Review booking details carefully before making payment
Failure to do so does not qualify for any refund or return.
6. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)
Hardik Travels shall not be liable to refund or compensate for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, storms

Strikes, political unrest, lockdowns, or government orders

Accidents, breakdowns, or technical issues with third-party service providers

Any other unforeseen circumstances
