Terms & Conditions – Hardik Travels

Welcome to Hardik Travels. By booking our services (cabs, tempo travellers, buses, tour packages, or hotel bookings), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. General

  • Hardik Travels was established in 2005 and operates as a travel and transport service provider.

  • These Terms apply to all bookings made through our contact number 9773716939 or any official channel.

  • By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.


2. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment or written confirmation from Hardik Travels.

  • Prices may vary depending on seasonal demand, fuel costs, tolls, taxes, and availability.

  • Customers must provide accurate travel details (date, time, pick-up/drop location, number of passengers).


3. Payment Terms

  • Advance payment is mandatory for all bookings.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of journey commencement unless agreed otherwise.

  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other approved methods.


4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the journey: Full refund of advance (after deducting admin charges).

  • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before journey: 50% of advance will be charged.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before journey: No refund of advance.

  • In case of service cancellation by Hardik Travels (due to unforeseen circumstances), a full refund will be provided.


5. Responsibilities of Passengers

  • Passengers must carry valid identification documents as required by law.

  • Any illegal activity during travel is strictly prohibited.

  • Luggage is the responsibility of the passenger. Hardik Travels is not liable for loss or damage of personal belongings.

  • Passengers must follow safety guidelines during travel.


6. Responsibilities of Hardik Travels

  • We ensure that vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and driven by licensed, professional drivers.

  • In case of vehicle breakdown, we will provide alternative arrangements or refund applicable amounts.

  • We strive to provide timely services but are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control.


7. Liability

  • Hardik Travels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including missed flights, trains, or events.

  • Insurance of passengers and luggage is the responsibility of the traveler, unless specifically included in the package.


8. Tour Packages & Hotel Bookings

  • Tour packages and hotel bookings are subject to availability.

  • Package inclusions/exclusions will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

  • Any extra services requested by the customer will incur additional charges.


9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in the company’s operating city.
